So i wish i would have screen shot this but, was playing on a server with 20+ people when all the sudden everyones planes/bullets shrunk to 1/3 their normal size, this continued until the map changed. All the game physics seemed to remain intact.

Basically it was sweet. That is all.

It's a command server operators can use.

would probably be more useful if speeds were adjusted as well...

I doubt lamster actually intended those settings to be actively used so it's understandable that it's not "complete".
