Making new threads in clan subforum

With all the new clan threads spawning daily and most of them dying just as fast I feel that there should be a minimum post count or something similar before you could open threads in there. The subforums looks a mess due to clans popping up so fast.

My Bad I skipped that. Instead of doing that storm, how about clans have to ask for permission before they post a clan thread?
