Complaint on Deathrod

I would like to file a complaint on Deathrod about a possible hack. He had just joined the server I was in and I saw that he was an ace 9 level 2. Not even 3 games later he was a completed ace 10. I saw that and asked what happened to him and he confirmed that he was at ace 9 level 2 when he first joined. But, when I asked him how he got to ace 10 he said "idk".
